Nature of digital products
"Red Flags, Green Flags" and all other guides sold on this store are digital products delivered as instant downloads (PDF format). Because the product is delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as described below.

When we will issue a refund
We want you to actually receive and be able to use what you paid for. We'll happily issue a refund or replacement if:

• You did not receive a download link or access to your file within 24 hours of purchase
• Your file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise fails to open
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order

How to request a refund
Email : hello.sophiavale@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

What doesn't qualify for a refund

• Change of mind after downloading the file
• Dissatisfaction with the content, writing style, or advice given
• Difficulty using a PDF due to your own device or software limitations

Chargebacks
If you believe there's an issue with your order, please contact us first — we're generally quick to resolve genuine problems. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in being blocked from future purchases.
